My Calling
Even at a young age, I knew I wanted to be of service to humanity. Starting off at 10 as a self-appointed neighborhood summer play counselor, I later volunteered as a teen nursing aid, and then shifted to being a dental hygienist for 26 years. I have worked with alternative healing modalities since the mid 70’s.
Alternative Practices
I holistically raised four home-birthed children. I was their healing partner using Jin Shin Jyutsu® (Japanese hands-on healing art similar to acupuncture), herbs and homeopathy. I also explored alternative ways to parent my children as I knew I had minimal conscious skills to work differently than how I was raised. I took eight years of parenting classes.
Delving into Healing
The awakening of the repressed trauma started to surface right after the Harmonic Convergence in 1987. I realized I needed more support to deal with all that was being revealed, remembered, and felt.
Support systems and connection were essential as healing isn’t done in isolation
Doing therapy and hypnotherapy was essential and life-saving, but not enough for what I was remembering. Studying to be a clinical hypnotherapist in the early 90’s, I decided to learn as much as I could about emotional healing, childhood trauma and abuse recovery.
I helped form a local 12-step group for abuse survivors as well as a small personal group with 5 other women to create safety in discussing our extreme trauma memories and healing process. I also created a 2-day symposium in my community to support survivors of abuse. The creation and participation of support systems were a huge part of staying connected to the world and feeling grounded.
All during this intense early healing, I worked two jobs while going through a very difficult divorce, and seeing my children only part time. But the whole situation did for me what I wouldn’t otherwise allow. It freed up more time to work on myself, give more attention to my inner world, and heal.
Connecting to Thetahealing® Technique
In 1998, I attended the very first ThetaHealing® workshop outside of Idaho when Vianna Stibal, the founder of the ThetaHealing® Technique, came to Northern California, where I had lived. Almost immediately, I started to teach monthly workshops at Vianna’s suggestion. My journey, through all the levels of ThetaHealing® Technique, can be read here. (and then scroll down to Official documentations).
The Writing Emerged
By the late 90’s, I co-authored and co-edited, “Multiple Journeys to One: Spiritual Stories of Integrating from Dissociative Identity Disorder” presenting on TV, radio, at conferences for therapist associations, and those who survived sexual abuse.
Another Book was birthed
Writing ‘Moving Beyond: The Healing of Trauma of Physical and Sexual Abuse through ThetaHealing® in 2009, was an inspired process of only several months, but many years of experience. There is probably no planetary darkness that I haven’t seen or heard of, thus I know all is possible to change. When one goes through this kind of journey and transformation, in moving beyond the limitations of extreme childhood trauma, there is much to be shared.
Healing through Faith, Forgiveness, Gratitude, and Unconditional love
In processing and clearing through over 35 years of complex memories, I know that a healing path has been forged to make it easier for others. What sustained the healing was my deep faith and trust in knowing wherever I was in life, All-that-IS, the Unconditional Love, is, was and will always be a part of me and with me….and everyone! There is nothing greater or more powerful. This is my understanding of non-dualistic spirituality.
I used a continuous release process to identify the memories, the patterns and beliefs embedded in them, and to let go of what I was being taught by those who had hurt me. This was engaging in an active process of forgiveness. I also do continual self forgiveness for any ways I might have acted out the abuse on myself or on others. I give gratitude every day that I am alive to participate in a life of my own.
Gratitude for my Connections in this Project
Gratitude to all who have donated to, and volunteered for our not-for-profit organization through the years. We could not be where we are now without your generosity, care, and support!
Special appreciations to the Moving Beyond Trauma Project present team members in their amazing work to bring forth the Revised three volume series—"Moving Beyond: Healing the Trauma from Childhood Abuse through the ThetaHealing® Technique”—as it enters the world. It is part of our mission in helping to facilitate the shift of the collective trauma paradigm, to a world where humanity heals, evolves, unifies and thrives.

I AM who I am meant to be
I am an intuitive empath who has lead a spiritual life with a strong connection to God/Creator of All, and my angels and saints. My "awakening" has progressed as I have listened to my divine guidance, even if it made no sense at the time. I learn, grow, question and release beliefs that no longer serve me while making the necessary changes in my life to move me forward in alignment with my authentic self.
When it was FUN
I have moved from a successful 30 year career in Corporate America to being an Entrepreneur focusing on building businesses with an end goal to help and heal humanity, including myself. Most of my corporate work years were incredibly rewarding where I had a chance to grow in various leadership and management roles, understand team building and team dynamics, organizational cultures, and how to deliver quality products and services. At the time, there was so much to learn and do, and incredible growth opportunities that made it fun and exciting. I truly loved my work and the people with whom I worked. I am so incredibly grateful for the skills, knowledge, friendships, and opportunities that occurred.
When it stopped being fun
After a few corporate acquisitions, spin offs, and mergers, the culture became very different. Instead of feeling energized and enjoying the work, I felt increasingly stressed and drained, more than I can ever remember feeling. I felt stuck. Work became something I had to do instead of fun that I got to do. God/Creator of All and I had many a heart-to-hearts, and my "awakening" brought me to learn about energy, non-duality, manifestation, co-creating, ascension, essential oils, hemp-- so many other things to fill my desire to learn and grow by night and weekend while fulfilling my corporate duties by day. Eventually, I left the corporate world fully and have used those skills in different pursuits such as The Moving Beyond Trauma project.
My most important role
In the years just preceding all the corporate career changes, I became a single mom by choice of 3 children. It has been the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done with the kids grow faster than I could ever have imagined. My love for my kids and my desire to be the best parent that I can be, has helped me to be the best version of myself. Being a mom has 'triggered' me to question my beliefs around love, family, and religion. This lead me to Judy Dragon, the ThetaHealing® Technique, and The Moving Beyond Trauma Project™.
The Quest Continues
What started as a quest for ongoing learning and knowledge to fill a gap in my career, merged with a journey of personal healing unlike any I could have imagined. As I continue to heal and reflect on what I truly want for my life, my kids' lives, and our futures, I have fully made the transition from corporate employee that kept me fragmented and out of alignment during the work days, to an entrepreneur who is aligned with my higher purpose and personal goals.
