    When the body is primarily used as an object, its importance is diminished and degraded.

    Armoring of the body can occur– rigid stance, tightly held in, excess weight for protection, and/or living in only part of the body, usually from the neck up to help the person function on a very mental level (not connecting with the heart or feelings).

    This creates the appearance that they “look together.”
